Phase 2 – Website Architectural Design Stage

The second phase for a website design and development project is the website architectural design stage. This is the stage that our project manager enable our client to access our online website project management application, so that, our clients can view the full process of the website design and production process. At phase 2 our website development team will initiate the following:

• Design of the website site map for the navigation menu system
• Design of the website home page and internal web pages
• Graphic Design of clients website
• Client is given access on CIS One online project management application to review the site map and graphic layout of the website. This online application will be also accessible to the client to view the production and construction phase throughout the project
• Any scope creep or additional work will be address during this time frame
• Presentation of the site map and website design comps to the client
• Consultation with the client regarding the development of the site map and website design comps.

At that time, Gregg was managing partner of the Sacramento Kings basketball team, and was serving in his 8 th year on the Board of Governors of the National Basketball Association (NBA).
