Beverly Foundation: Inspiring the Quality of Life

Background
The Beverly Foundation, created in 1979, is a non-profit organization. Since its inception, The Beverly Foundation has developed qualitative and quantitative research on two agendas: (1) senior mobility and transportation issues; and (2) innovative programs in long term care settings. Through their research and educational programs the Foundation aims to provide technical and informational assistance to professionals, other non-profit organizations, companies, caregivers and families. The Foundation had an existing website, but it was out-dated in terms of materials and the image that they wanted to portray. The Foundation also saw a need to be able to disseminate the research that they compiled in a more efficient manner. They used to fax and/or email information – taking time and sometimes had to deal with issues of bandwidth.
